Defogger specification
Hello Everyone,
I have a 1994 Z225, fitted with a Pro-Air defogger model 804. The defogger is rusted solid and is unlikely to work again. Pro-Air aren't interested in talking to me, so I am looking for a replacement blower. Does anyone out there know how much air the original Pro-Air unit moved? I'm thinking about using a Bilge blower, but am unsure it it will shift enough air to clear the windscreen. Any thoughts welcomed with open arms.. John, Wine Knot Castle Archdale, Lough Erne. |
Re: Defogger specification
Not sure of the condition of my blower, but it does not seam to blow a ton of air.

Many thanks Firestone. I guess that any moving air is better than none!
For 20-30 sterling, it's hardly a fortune if it doesn't work! I'll post results in a couple of weeks. John |

There is a guy parting out a 94 Talari Z. You might want to see if he has the blower?!

As a follow up to my original post, I searched EBay for a replacement and found the following:
