First off, welcome aboard. Second, what is happening with your depth finder? Is is reading erratically or is it not reading at all?

Good luck. The depth finder on my 99 258 has a mind of its own. I turn it on with the dash switch and sometimes it reads instantly and sometimes it will just flash .5 repeatedly. Just today it was reading 5.5 feet and I almost ran a ground it was like 2 ft of water. Thinking about new gauge and sensor/ transducer...

Ok, the likely cause is that the transducer has loosened from its mounting position under the engine. If you do a site search for 'transducer' you will find numerous pages of threads discussing how to fix this very problem.

Thanks. That works. Now I am trying to find the original table. I looking on eBay and Amazon and I can't find it. Do you know where I should look? I am looking for all the accessories for my z252 2000.

Patience and time is all I can tell ya.
The "Original Mariah Boat" parts have been out of circulation since the shutdown in 2001.
Best bet is here on the "marketplace" , Ebay , CL , and about any boat salvage you can think of.

If you look in our Original Parts & Vendors List we do have a listing for the original vendor: Todd Boat Seats, Marine Seats, Boat Chairs, Gas Caddy, Leaning Post, Helm Seats, Boarding Steps
    Might be worth a try.
