I have a 1996 Shabah z20.... I just put the baby back together after the winter being stored and my Bilge pump has stopped working and also my Trim "up" button. trimming down works fine. Not sure if both are related or not. The funny thing is that the "Trailer" mode for the trim works to get the prop up.

I tried to locate the fuse box too and damned if I can find it...

Suggestions?

The Search Function is your friend on this site. The fuse box is located up under the dash against the starboard side wall. Troubleshooting procedure for the trim/tilt system is located at the top of the General Maintenance forum here.
