I started having problems with starting my boat.When I try to start it doesn't crank.I started jiggling the shifter and after a few time it will start.I was told there is a neutral safety switch in the shifter.i try to find this part in all these online boat supply sites but no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is a commonly asked question here and if you do a site search (top right corner of the screen) for Quicksilver 3000 you will find numerous threads on the subject. Be aware though that the usual culprit is a stretched or faulty shift cable rather than the switch itself. You can read about that issue here.
