air/sea temp meter wiring schematics for 96 talari z240
 

Hi gang. I am installing a new radio/ switch panel in my Talari since the old one was brittle and broken. I drew out wiring details on how to hook everything back up for the air/sea temp meter and the switch for it. Somewhere in the process, I have lost that drawing (my dog ate it?). Does anyone have a schematic for this thing so I can get it hooked back up right? I'd rather not take a chance and hook something up wrong and blow out the circuit board.

It is a Faria unit with depth & air/sea temp right?
What is the model # ?

Hi Larry,
Model number? Hmmm, that's a good question. It is the air/sea temp digital readout, located on the radio/cd panel. It has four wires that go to it. Yellow, black(ground), purple and green. It hooks up to a on-off-on rocker switch that is right beside it

Here is an image of the back of the temp display unit. Hope the pic comes up. still learning how to use this site. I can't find any model numbers on this thing, but I also am not sure what to look for either. I drive and work on Peterbilt trucks for a living. This is a little different from what I'm used to working with, lol.

Hang in there for a few , one of the guys will come to the rescue.
