    Look under the dash on starboard side(driver) , the fuse panel should be right there.
    Not sure if they are labeled , but you can use a test light if need be to verify the fuses are good. If all are good it has to be inline , but the wiring diags show it's under the dash from what I can tell.

    My 98 z202 has the breakers in that spot under the dash on the side wall. They are labeled.
