Default Best tires for dual axel? Shabah Z212

I have a dual axe chariot trailer for my Shabah Z212 and need 4 new tires. the tire size the trailer placard calls for is a 215-75-R14. I'v been to lots of forums for tires, rv's, boats, and others researching which trailer tires to use. Anyone have suggestions on good trailer tires. From my research i need to stay away from Carlise tires. As for Goodyear Marathons, I found that if buying these to make sure to get Goodyear's that are made stateside and not overseas. I would go with a bigger wheel such as the 15's but can not afford both tires and wheels.
One post I read said a trailer with brakes needs radials and trailer without brakes to go with bias tires. my trailer has brakes on the back wheels. Does this mean to go with bias on the front wheels and radials on the back or radial on all 4? What tires are you using? and if you went to a bigger wheel size what tires? need some help in this area, I'll be taking the Z212 to New York and do not wish to have a blow out. Any thoughts from my fellow Mariahan out there?

* Note: Of coarse I need to check tire pressure every time I stop to fuel up and make sure they are at 45 psi cold (50 psi hot). Also, I am having the brakes and bearings changed as I am typing this.

    I'd stay with the marathons. Radial for both axles. On your trip, make sure they're pressures at the start of the trip are fine. On the trip you only have to feel the side walls. If they're too hot to touch, you have problems. Other than that you should be ok. Low pressures cause side wall flex, creating heat. That's what you want to avoid.

    You dont mix Radials and bias-ply tires so i would go with one or the other. Radials are less prone to flat spots from sitting, have superior tread wear and run cooler on long trips. Bias-ply tires have stiffer sidewalls which help reduce sway and generally can handle heavier loads. Oddly enough its tire 'oxidation' not tread wear that usually ends up being the cause for trailer tire replacement and this usually means trailer tires need replacement every 3-5 yrs which is very likely long before you wear out the tread on a radial. Each tire has its advantages and you just need to decide & spend your $$.
