Default Teleflex Tilt Wheel
Well I finally had enough of my loose tilt steering wheel column
Question is this.....do any of you guys know where I could get a rebuild kit for it? It seems that the upper steering shaft bushing is going bad. It has just enough give to drive me nuts.
Anyone tried rebuilding one before?

    I see a number of Teleflex Tilt steering kits out there like this one: http://marinesupplydirect.com/Teleflex-Performance-Steering-Tilt-Mechanism-SH91800P-P719199.aspx

    but i have no idea if they fit ours or if the individual rebuild parts are still available.

    I would love to add Tilt steering to my Diablo - wish I knew if that would work.. I would add it on my list of must have items..

    Not looking to swap the assembly , just rebuild or preferably , rebush the existing.
    Other than the slight amount of play the system works great.
