1996 Z210 with two hour meters? Which one is which? :confused:

Need a little more info than that:confused:
Are you trying to figure out what they are hooked too?
Is one in-dash w/tach , and one at motor?
Are both working?
Etc , etc
Just not sure what your after:)

All I can say is the rectangular one is definately added on.
Can you chase wiring to verify what they go to?
I gotta say I have never seen that before .....unless someone had a gen set.

the rectangular one is a trip meter. it's hooked to the pin wheel near the transducer for the GPS

ok, that one was reading higher then the in dash meter. good to know. thank you.

if you push the button it returns it to zeros they dont work all that well and youd probably be better off using the GPS for mileage

Yep, the trip meter isn't very accurate at all. I usually just ignore that one. :D

Yes we do. Glad I learned this today. I thought it was the engine hour meter. I guess if I had the "Owners Manuel" I woulda known that one. Now on to the next question. I'm sure I will have one on Friday when I am off n can work more on the boat.

Believe it or not, the owners manual doesn't cover the trip meter. Mariah spent much more time on their boats than on their manuals.

It took a while for me to figure that out! I thought it was odd I could get 20 hrs on the boat for only having it out 5. It dawned on me that it was an odometer...

I have yet to get mine on the water since I bought it. I have had it for 2 month now and not a day off to take it to the lake. I cant wait for the maiden voyage next weekend.
