Fariah Gauges

Hi all i am trying to locate some original Fariah gauges for a year 2000 Shabah 182 (limited edition)
They are white with a gold bezel, i am after a depth gauge, tacho, and a fuel gauge or a full set due to the originals are sticking
Would appreciate any help on this:

Kind Regards,

Dave.:):wink_thumbup:

Hey bud! I have a 2001 and I had a hard time finding my gauges as well. I also had the white background with the gold bezel but the ones I saw all had the wrong font. My depth gauge was the hardest. I then found out that Faria will repair or replace your original gauges for $58(that was the cost of my depth gauge). Two weeks later, I had a brand new original gauge that matched. Awesome!

Another place (besides eBay) that sometimes has them is Great Lakes Skipper.

Csterner said it. They repair your existing gauges. Its better than taking a chance on buying some used product online.

I didn't know they repaired stuff - is the price the same for all the gauges? I have a trim gauge that likes to stick/hangup occasionally.. at least I think it's the gauge.

Contact them. I think its 40$ per gauge.

I suspect that the cause is more likely the sensor on the outdrive. They tend to be very finicky. If you want to try and adjust/service it, click here for instructions.

Thanks MikeyT i will check that out. I've never serviced them.. so it could very well be that.

Thanks again!

Hi
I have two problems with my fariah gauges
1 tac keeps sticking and I have to tap it to get it to move I did the switch rotation thing and it still does it
2 last fall when we put the boat away (Marina serviced it) the speedo was working fine But on the first day out this year it is doing 60 without moving goes past 70 when moving Would be nice if it was the actual speed lol Is there anything that could be causing this false reading that I can correct or does it sound like a repair by fariah? 496 mag ho

thanks
Bill

Sounds like connections need some cleaning. As for the speedo, check out this thread.
