Buy the boat. Swap the engines between the 2 and gain a few more!

Brad97, I say just buy the boat, accept the speed it'll give, and enjoy it. Mariah's just aren't built to compete with GFBL boats, they're luxury boats!

I have a 2000 Z302 and its top speed on Speddometer shows about 34 and about 38-39 max on GPS. Engine had $10,500 dollars of repairs and was sold to me as basically a new engine. It does have a bravo 3 with a 26' pitch prop. I nweed any advice one might have on how to get some more speed?

    Thanks in advance.

BTW I do love this boat..... Any info on a AC would be helpful too. I have pictures of one on the inside of the cabin but couldn't guess where the compressor would mount.
