i have a 1990 mariah cuddy cabin. nice boat. i have a question for anyone who might be able to help. i was gonna take up floor and redo it. i was wondering if or how the floor was place in.does it have joists like floors in a house . please help

Hey michael , if you'll do a search for "floor repairs" you'll get a really good idea whats involved. It's not for the lighthearted
To answer your ? , yes the floor is kinda like a house floor , but with a lot more detail. The joists you refer to are called stringers.
