bimini top for 240 talari
 

I should be getting my boat back this Friday with the new engine. I wanted to order a Bimini top and have it shipped to the lake. Does anyone know the exact size of the Bimini top for the 1994 Mariah Talari 240.

I do not want to order one until I confirm the size.

You're gonna have to hope another 240 owner chimes in with that answer Rick. You could check out Iboats.com as they have a listing for your boat. Another option would be to check out Overtons website. At the bottom of the page there is a link to Measuring for a Bimini Top.

I am looking to know the width of the top that you have and also if you have one, do you have the three pole that is about 65 inches long ( front to back) or they sell a four pole that looks huge )over 90 inches) but may cover the entire rear seat. I am not sure I want one that big as I am not driving a pontoon boat.

Ok i was able to look up the info on the width on Iboats....thanks for the info....what I am still wondering is should I get the larger top that covers more ir will it look weird. I am leaning towards the standard size.

Here is the thread from installing a Carver Bimini on our 96 Z240. I went with the 48" tall 3 pole and it works great! Ordered from iboats. Depending on the sun it generally provides shade for both captain chairs and the rear seating as well.

I like the way that looks. I have a low dock roof so I will need to measure to make sure that in the closed position the high top will still fit.

I really am looking forward to getting my boat back this weekend.
