I have both the original vinyl covers and I had a new set made out of sunbrella material. Both sets are a bear to put on if haven't used them in a while. But to Mikeyt's point... I just let mine sit out in the sun and then with regular use they will fit okay. For me it is only hard to snap in the beginning of the boating season.

Now the new set I had made, I requested 3 vents so I can place support poles in them. I can adjust the poles up or down depending on the tightness of the cover. Makes it a whole lot easier to put on every time.

Good luck

As others have said, the key is to get it hot. Once you get it on there... Use it often.

He's just reviving a thread to push his product. Normally, I'd frown upon this, but I have purchased these from him about a year ago and use them on my Z280. I will say they're a good product that can help with a shrunken cover.

If it is the vinyl type I think you will be surprised how much it may stretch.
    Good Luck!!

My 272 had the same problem with bow and cockpit. I didn't use them just for this reason... Only used the mooring cover.
