What is the horse power for a I/O 4.3L Alpha 1 Mercruiser :)

Current specs say 190 for the Carb version and 220 for the Fuel injected.
What year specifically were you looking for?

Next question would be 2 barrel or 4 barrel carburator.

2 bbl should be 155 HP
4 bbl should be 175 HP

MCM 4.3 L is 155 HP
MCM 4.3 LX is 175 HP

And if he had the
MCM 4.3 LX GEN + (2BBL & 4BBL) It would be 190 HP.
MCM 4.3 LXH GEN + (4BBL) it would be 205 HP

but to be sure provide the Ser# of the engine & it can be checked in the manual.

Dont need the hull iD, just the engine serial# which should be on the top of the engine cover.
