214 Jubilee as a fishing boat ?

Doubt it but have to ask. I am in the market for a bigger "family" boat and came across the Jubilee 214 that seems to be in my price range and never having seen one in person, love the looks/layout that i have seen in pictures.
But, between family fun, I do like to fish. I could not find any good pictures of the bow but from what I have seen, not sure if there is enough room up there for a trolling motor and a fishing seat.
Should I scratch this one off my list as that is a deal killer

Mine is a 244 this is the only pic i have of the front. As for the trolling motor, the shaft would have to be fairly long to reach the water from there.

thanks for taking the time to post that. As much as I hate to say it, I just don't think it will work out for me. Unfortunately everything I have found so far that seems like it will work out well pretty much looks like a pontoon boat. I really, really liked the looks of the 214. But I know i would regret it if it was hard to fish out of.
Thanks.

I did a quick look through of the gallery and this one has a picture of the bow:

Have a good one,
