these are misc. pics of tearing the floor up and the headliner. its messy and dirty but hope to have the project (the floor at least) completed by june.

All the stringers have to come out due to rotting . I decide whether to reuse the pedestal seats (which would have to get reupholstered) or a box/fold down seats for extra storage. The rear seats are getting reused but going to rebuild the box out of marine plywood and reupholster the seats.

I gotta admit i dont envy you but you've got it on the right track & i'm sure it'll look great when you are done. Please keep us posted on this project!

yes its a hell of a job and since we have such nice weather in early march hope get a nice jump on it.
