Default First summer on the z278

Well as summer is so short here not sure if time and or that trailer will allow for another extended boatting trip. First impressions WOW! she rides so smooth and the extra space over the old boat is awesome. If it wasn't for the previous owners lack of maintenance and up keep she would be perfect, as it is I still have to do something about the skeg the blackfin only lasted the trip barely. The adhesive bonded to the well prepped skeg itself but not the carbon fibre fin apparently, did all it said to do the job and then some with the skeg ohwell. Secondly will have to relocate the amps from behind the fridge who does that kinda stuff? Then have to replace the pump out hoses and toilet yuck! Also have to replace/make a new cuddy door may try and do it so it has built in steps which would double as passenger foot rests. Oh and the deck packed it in the last day aswell.
Will add other things as they come back to me old age and all.

What did Mikey say... Sounds like a job for the Missus? Just kidding. Boat projects never end. I have a long list for the winter also. Mostly the same type of thing, fixing previous owners not so bright ideas.
    Happy Boating
    Dan
