Good morning,
I just purchased a 1999 Shabah 182, Happen to find one with only 42 original hours on it..It checked out great at the local dealer so I picked up it from an older gentleman that used it only on a small man made lake to pull grand kids tubing..he was the original owner. So far I really like the boat(after days of cleaning) but have a question, how many gallons is the gas tank??

Congrats on your "New" Mariah!

According to the 99 Brochure, your fuel tank capacity is 38 Gallons.

thanks for the reply..I was hoping it was a lot less due to the fact I have had an issue with the engine that it is acting like its running out of gas..Was hoping for the fuel gauge to be off but I guess not..Oh well time to start trying to figure out the problem.

What did you determine was wrong with your fuel system? I am having the same issues. Boat will start up and run fine. Barely get off the lift, and it will die out. Consumes the fuel in the filter and then it is done. Pump runs when the key is turned on, but sounds like it is sucking air/empty tank.
Tank is built into floor, so it is almost impossible to get at to check hoses.
