Season Opener!

Well we finally got some warm weather in Wyoming so we got the boat out. Some of you may recall I had some engine troubles last year (low rpm's, low speeds, etc) anyway, they fixed the timing and new distributor cap and plugs and she ran quite well. One thing I found interesting is the first day I got 46 mph on the dial in some good chop and then yesterday on flat water I only got 42 mph. Now, I'm not sure if my speedo is off a bit or something else. The only variable would be much lower fuel yesterday and a guy would think I could get more speed. Any ideas?? Other than that she ran great!
