Hocky puck style depth finder
 
I need to re mount hocky puck.Is there a top and bottom?

Yes, there is. The cable should connect closer to the top. Make sure and use the correct type of epoxy to remount it, and make sure there's no air bubbles in it, or it won't work properly.
