It seems impossible but I am in need of a drivers side windshield for my 1992 Diablo.

Sorry but you are absolutely right. It is nearly impossible to get a windshield for your boat. The only suggestion i have for you is to find a plastics manufacturer in your area and see if they can form one for you out of acrylic. They may need your windshield frame to do that though.
