Pick up issue
 

I have a '96 Talari and the pick up in the tank isn't working properly. I have replaced the fuel pump twice. The second time is with a high performance pump that works properly. We think either the pick up is bad or the tube is collapsing from the the tank to the pump. The only way, from we see, is to cut a section of the floor and/or the whole floor in order to get to the area that needs work. Is there a better soloution? Please let me know. Thanks

Vent clear? will it pump fuel with the gas cap open to check for vapor lock/vacuum?
