Re: Grey Hull?
I know, I have seen a few of those nice carpeted platform over the engine area. Mine does not have one either, but that is one of my winter projects, after I add my Fresh Water Cooling kit, I will make this platform. It looks very handy for stowing canvas cover in a nice protected place.
This one on the 255 is the biggest I have seen. Mine can only be about half that size. I have managed to mount one of my amps for the subs on the sidewall of this engine area. And very excited to get the cooling kit and engine area all ready for summer with a new air pump for toys and a small vacuum for easy cleanup. |
Re: Grey Hull?
Do you see where he has the acculift support there? Mine has two and they work at different speeds now, I wonder how it would be to move it in a bit like this one and go ahead and remove one of them.
Any advice on this? I guess I could pretty easily try it and see, although the weight of the sunpad seems as if it needs both of them. Sorry, now I took us off track a bit. I know there is a thread in regards to this although it seems that it simply identified some wiring problems as the reason for the supports going at different speeds. |
Re: Grey Hull?
I'm happy to say I am now the proud owner of the grey Z255 that was Ebay. I bought it last Saturday, and it is as clean as it looks....and only 161 original hours. I'll be bringing her home in a month or so when northern MI thaws out.
