Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place or if its already common knowledge, but I found a world of info on Boat Parts, Marine Engine Parts, Boat Accessories and Marine Electronics online.

Lots of info on Merc stuff like service bulletins, repair info, specifications, diagrams, troubleshooting, etc, at http://www.boatfix.com/merc/mainmenu.pdf
