Reclining Seats on a '95 Talari 210

I recently purchased a '95 Talari 210 and I have a quick question. Do the back-to-back driver & passenger seats fold down into loungers? I've found the latch where you can make the bow-to-stern adjustments, but can't determine if they lay flat.

Thanks in advance!

They do lay flat and they're a little tricky to do if i remember right. If you have access to a manual the procedure is spelled out there, unfortunately i dont have mine handy nor do i have my boat handy to explain how to do it. Once you figure it out though, put a little oil/lubricant of some sort on the hinges & it will be much easier the next time.

There are two tabs on the top of the rails inside the seat frames that are holding the two seats back to back. Its a little awkward to reach up from the side to release. They can also be released from raising the bottom cushion of either seat. On my seats I made a cable that attaches to the end of the tab and runs up to the top of the seat back, now I just pull up on the two cables (with rings on the end to hold on to) and the seats release and lay flat. Hope this is helpful. Once you lift up the bottom cushion and take a peek inside you'll see exactly how the tab on one seat latches over a allen-head on the other seat.

Thanks guys! I'll be checking the seats out next week and definitely taking DKM's advice re: the cable release - great idea.
