Hi aquaknot,

Not sure what you mean as my ski lockers is framed in aluminum and sits in the bottom of the aluminum lip all the way around. Got any pictures of the pieces with measurements?

I'm in California and I go to a local "Plastics" hobby store called "TAP Plastics" to get pieces remade like the plastic rails that hold the map pockets on the back of the bucket seats and things like that. They carry quite a selection of plastics, fiberglass cloth and Lexan bars, rods and sheets. They may have what you’re looking for and I could check for you if you don't find anything local.
