After looking for a Mariah boat over the last few months, it seems I have worked out a deal on a 1995 Devanti.. I just got off the phone, and he said he would hold the boat until I could make it up that way in a few weeks.. On the phone one thing he talked about was the sun deck, and that one side lifted faster than the other side.. Is this something I can correct, and what do I need to be looking for to fix the issue?

First off, congrats.
I think the fix for the issue is pretty simple. You'll just need to replace the hydraulic rams. Issues with those actually seem relatively common, they just don't age as well as some other parts.
