Do I have to get them custom made (and if so, any suggestions on suppliers) or are they available somewhere? Thanks!

I haven't found anything yet. The custom upholstery shop around here wants $800 for the bow and the cockpit cover. (tonneau cover)

I've received a quote for $1100.00 (Canadian). Yikes!
