trim gage

my trim gage does not work. whats wrong. i have to do it by sound right now. whats involved in the fix?

Hi difran25, there are three things that could cause your problem (gauge, wiring, Trim Position Sender) so use the troubleshooter attached to bottom of this post

If the Trim gauge is broken, send it to Faria for a warranty repair, click here.

If the Trim Position Sender on the outdrive is bad, it will require replacement of both the Trim limit and Trim Position sensors and possibly removal of the outdrive to access the wiring.
