Sink Question 95 Barchetta 272 B/R

My boat is a work in progress. Good thing I got a good price on it.
Anyway, on a 95 272 Barchetta Bowrider, the 2 sinks, and the freshwater washdown were not working.
I traced the power wire for the cockpit sink and could not get power to it, I ran a fused wire to the acc. breaker and it works great. the F/W shower pump is bad so I ordered a new one, Now I need to know how the sink in the cabin with the potti is works? Is it just a manual pump with the lever, and where do'es the water come from?

My cabin sink is a manual pump, and it came with a water "bag" hooked up to it. it connects to the manual pump with a piece of clear garden hose, and the drain goes out one of the thru-hull fittings above the waterline on the starboard side.
