Anal, us??? Nope; I wouldn't say that.. We just like to keep our toys looking their best, nothing wrong with that! 
As for your hatch switch, it's made by Carling. I believe you're in Alabama so if you are, click here for a list on Carling dealers in your state. If I got the wrong state, just click on the "State Locator" at the top of the link page.
