Has anyone sent their gauges back to Faria as part of a lifetime warranty claim?

I sent my tach in two weeks ago, and all Faria can tell me is that the tach has been received.

What is the "normal" timeline to get your stuff back???

They replaced my depth gauge free of charge with about a 10 day turn around time.

Sent my tach in this winter with my $30s, took about 7 wks to get it back. It looked to me that they took the facing and glass w the gold trim and put it on a brand new tach. Have not had it on the water yetto see if it works ok, but I did get it installed.

Mine arrived on Monday, and is back where it belongs!
