Hi rblake, we have a pretty good search engine here on the forum, when you have some time and need some more info, give it a try . If you need any assistance, just let me know.

In the mean time try this LINK to past posts on what we have on swimplatforms.

    Good luck,
    WetWilly

    rblake,

I just checked with these two companies.
    http://www.swimplatforms.com
    http://www.swim-platform.com
Below is a copy of the e-mail from swimplatforms.com. I have deleted the one from swim-platform.com because they were over $500 higher (although I do like the way they integrate a ladder compartment with door better). I have not decided to get one yet because it will cover my stainless exhaust, but it would look good and be great for the kids.
    Hope this info helps!

    Ron,
Thank you for your prompt response. How much extra is the stainless steel rub-rail option?

    Hi John,
Thank you for your time and interest in our Swim Platforms.
We have attached pictures of our Mariah 275 extended platform.
We hope you’ll agree this compliments the boat, and makes a great addition.
Just the safety factor makes an extended platform a ‘must have’, on your list.
The platform is tapered inward at the aft corners, this
allows for easier maneuvering around docking areas and other boats.
The side flanges are contoured to fit your hull, offering a nice look.
The platform is constructed of fiberglass with a gel coat finish, similar to your boat construction.
For safety, the top surface has a diamond pattern non skid, molded into the gel coat.
A heavy rubber molding, trims the bottom edge, for a nice look.
This helps to ease those boating 'bumps' too.
This platform comes with a under mount, telescoping triple step stainless steel ladder.
The simple one handed operation, makes the ladder a breeze to use and stow, leaving the top surface clear and clean.
The steps are extra wide, measuring 2 ¼", and the bottom step is 39" from the top of the platform!
You'll be spoiled by this new "two tube" 3 step design.
Your old ladder can be removed.
We install a large oval port in the platform, allowing air and water pressure to transfer thru.
The oval port can also be used as a grab handle while using the boarding ladder.
This eliminates the need for a grab handle, a possible tripping hazard.
We supply 2 stainless steel down rod supports for the aft end of the platform for added stability.
The underside of the platform has an easy to keep clean, gel coated surface.
We supply stainless steel mounting hardware and installation guidelines.
The installation can be done in under half a day with a couple people.
You'll need to supply a tube of caulking. We recommend using 3m 4200 " fast cure", if launching the next day.
70% of our platforms are owner installed and some use a local dealer or boat yard.
We offer a one year warranty for workmanship and materials.
    Platform package is $ 1595.
Wood shipping crate and packing material is $ 98.
Current freight (fob Phoenix, AZ) to a business at zip code 62450 is estimated at $ 214.
Delivering to a residential address is $ 63 more.
We do not charge sales tax for out of state delivery.
The platform weighs approximately 110 pounds.
Shipping weight is about 350 pounds, due to the crate and packing materials.
You will need to be able to off load it from truck.
We do not charge you until close to shipping.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and checks.
Due to the unstable material and transportation costs,
the platform package quote is good for 30 days.
Our current lead time is about 1 – 2 weeks.
February, March, April, May, and June our lead times can be as long as 8 to 10 weeks.
We build each Swim Platform per order.
Since no deposit is required, it makes ordering easy.
We only build swim platforms and we’re serious about this business!
We would like to earn your business.
From the safety aspect, the added value and enjoyment, and our quality,
    it’s a purchase never regretted.
You may call us at...602-431-8225 or reply with this E-mail to:
    Ron [email protected]
if you have any questions or you would like to place an order.
Thank you for your time and inquiry,
    Paul
