"Need help removing and opening the fuel tank from a 1997 Mirachi Cruiser Z276 boat.

I’ve got the tank off the boat and mostly drained — I just need clear guidance on:

How to remove it safely (mounting points, straps, fuel/electrical disconnect tips).
Exactly where to cut/open it to access the sender/baffles (top access flange vs. seam vs. other).
Best tools and safe vapor-purge methods before cutting.
