2001 z275 st engine hatch
 

I just purchased my first Mariah a 01 z275 st. There are no struts for the engine hatch and my wife is already tired of holding it for me. Does anyone know what size struts I need. I can measure the open length but have no idea how to measure the closed length or what lbs of resistance that I need. Thanks for all the help.

Welcome and congrats on the boat - one of my favorite models ever made. I don't have the info you need, but I do remember some posts discussing it, so try a forum search if you haven't already. Members are more active on the facebook groups, so join and post your question there too.
