1994 Talari 200 capacity plate
 

I recently bought my first boat (1994 Talari 200) and it is missing the coast guard capacity plate (seating/weight capacity). Does anyone know what those details are and if I can get a new plate somewhere? Not sure if I legally need to have it in Michigan.
