That's a vent for one of your tanks. Fuel, water or waste water...if you have one[emoji90]

I've got a 95 Barchetta 182, as well. That is a vent from the gas tank. I listen for air hissing out to warn me when the tank is almost full. Helps me to prevents gas spillage.

Yep, it also allows your fuel tank to 'burp' when its being filled and isn't sitting completely level.
