1994 Z222 Bravo 1

Last year I had the gimbal bearing replaced in my Bravo 1. This year I noticed the trim gauge was off. I went ahead ant trimmed to the full up position (not trailer mode) and measured the distance between the ram pins at 25”. According to some online files this measurement should be 21 3/4”. If the limit switch is set to this value that only leaves 3” of inward trim before hitting the stop pin in the down position. Does this sound right?

Also, is full trim the second to last dash on the trim gauge and the last being trailer mode?
