I know my Talari 180 was not designed as a fishing boat but i am going to try to do some fishing out of it. Has anyone ever installed a trolling motor on a boat like this? How did you do it?

This boat was a bit of a compromise. Wife wanted to be able to pull kids and grandkids on tubes, knee boards and skis. I wanted to get away occasionally by myself and fish in the peace and quite of the lakes.

The Mariah is a great boat and I am happy we got it. Is it blasphemy to try to use it as a fishing boat?
