242 Shabah Bimini top install
 

We are trying to install a bimini top on our '98 242 Shabah. The curved window is preventing us attaching the pole to the bracket because it will not allow the pole to go straight down. We also thought about attaching it to the window frame in existing holes but the bracket is about 1/8" too wide to fit completely on the window frame but not sure if it would hold the mount secure enough. We are trying to drill as few holes as possible. I have ordered swivel brackets but I am not sure that will work either again preventing the pole from going straight on the bracket. Any thoughts on how we can do this? Pictures attached.
