I have several questions. I am having either loose connections on my sending unit or it is not working. I am a weekender so hard to get it repaired quickly, is it okay to drive it until I get it fixed in the next few weeks?

Since we are weekenders we don't get to drive it a lot, this is our first summer so I don't know how many hours we will put on it but I figure we will drive it about every other weekend. How often should I change the oil?

Last question, does anyone know the size or what I can get to replace the cup holders in the boat or how to clean them? Some are rusted on the bottom.

Cup holders are at places like West Marine or eBay. You can also pickup replacement sender units at West Marine or eBay.
I change my oil every fall (1x per year) when i have the boat winterized.
Its not going to hurt the boat if your fuel gauge doesn't work but you might want to carry a small gas container just in case you run out of fuel before you get it fixed.
