Top speed for a talari 180 with 4.3
 

Just wondering what top speed might be for a 95 Talari with 4.3, 4bbl and a 19 pitch prop.
Not worried with pulling tubes or skis but just looking for an estimate as what to expect. I know that things will vary some.

There are several variables that need to be included. Elevation, # prop blades, load in the boat, etc. I know I go about 47 mph gps max with my z202 5.7 mag 4 blade SS prop with 2 people at 5000', but I am set up for water sports.

I knew that I forgot some info. I'm in Myrtle Beach and will be at sea level. Looking at 2 adults with minimal gear and fuel.

My 180 Diablo/4.3L VP will do "just" north of 50mph at sea level running a 19'' Apollo 3 blade stainless prop and smart tabs :yes_grin:

Best I've seen (GPS) has been 53mph, but it will do 45<50 all day every day

Well she topped out at 52ish last night! Not too bad for my little 4.3.
I just ordered smart tabs and a Bimini top. Awesome boat!
