[Jubilee]

I am looking at buying a Jubilee Z 204 and am looking for as little guidance. I am soon to be new to boat ownership and have never heard of a Deck Boat. It seems like it has the layout of a pontoon boat but the hull of a Ski/Fishing boat. Any input on deck boats is appreciated. The one I am looking at is a 1999 Jubilee Z 204 with a 5.7 Merc. with a Bravo III with 315 hours.

Read the stickies in the buy/sell section and do a test run. Not sure about how the Jubilee handles, but I would be interested in the comments as well. I was thinking that that type of boat might be a better fit for my boating style.
