Original Mariah Exhaust question

I have a 1996 Z272 Shabah with a 502 Mag and it has the silent choice exhaust. Does anyone know if this is an exhaust system Mariah manufactured themselves? trying to figure out an issue as it tends to flip off once its been on for a little while and if you hit the reset button I can switch it back on... Thanks for the input!
