Can anyone tell me the measurement from the bow hook to the drain plug parallel to the ground on a 1999 Z302 mid-cabin b. r.?

I can tell you from the very front tip of the bow to the drain plug is 27' so a decent guess from the bow hook would be 25' 6"
I will try to remember to measure mine Saturday when we get to the lake and let you know.
