Base weight of the 96 Shabah (with the 3.0L) is 2125 lbs.
Not sure if that's a typo and you meant the 4.3L v6 engine, or if you truly have the 4.2L D-Tronic Diesel. But I'd assume your boat weight, fully loaded would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 2500-3000 lbs.
