Hinge on Sun Deck/ Motor Cover
 

I have an '95 18' Talari and the sun deck/motor cover hinge has torn away from it. It's a long, maybe stainless steel hinge that screws to the glass on the boat and under the cover with what looks like 10-32 sheet metal screws. I'm just wondering if this is how it came from Mariah, or if this was a makeshift fix by a previous owner. The pistons on the port and starboard side of the cover are still attached, but without the hinge, it pushes forward and is all over the place!

I can post pictures later if it helps. Anyone else replace theirs?
