This issue has been discussed previously a number of times. Generally the 80# tabs are too stiff for the 180 - 200 despite what the Nauticus site recommends. Exchange them for 60# tab arms from the manufacturer. The tabs will help but not completely fix a leaning problem though. You need to move items in the boat to help level out the load. As for the pin placement, it isn't necessary to have them in the same location. Being offset by one spot will help a bit with the leaning issue.

Totally agree with MikeyT. The 80 lb struts are too much and is probably making your bow plow through the water which can make for a scary ride. Nauticus has exchanged for free in the past no problem

When sitting in the water do you still list or is it just under power?

I think it's a weight problem, and trim tabs might help but they won't fix it completely. I have them on my 202 and they help with planing out but I wouldn't trust them to fix a list.

These boats should be pretty well balanced to start with, is it possible it might be retaining water under the floor?

I'm glad I found this post. I have a '94 Talari 200Z and it has the same problem! I'm guessing it's a thing with that year/model. I have not tried the trim tabs but I will be installing them next. Thanks for the great info!
