1996 Z210 Gas Gauge Won't Work

Hey Guys! I'm the new proud owner of a 1996 Z210 Shabah. Just put in in the water this past weekend for the first time and couldn't be happier. The only issue is that the gas gauge does not work. The needle does not move at all. It stays below the "E". I don't see any access to the sender anywhere, and the wiring at the gauge all looks good. How do I access the sender? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!

First try shorting the sender terminal on the back of gage to ground, to determine if the gage is good. If the gage is good it should read full with the terminal shorted.

Tip the back seat forward and you should see 2 aluminum strips screwed down to the floor going forward from the motor side enclosures. Take these off and then the center floor piece will hinge forward. This exposes the aft end of the tank where your sending unit is located as well as your fill and vent hose attachments to the tank.
